In order to achieve muscle definition, the fastest way would be to get down to the gym and lift heavy weights in order to stimulate the necessary changes for muscle growth – and of course alter your diet.
Pilates may provide noticeable changes in your body within a few weeks or months of consistent practice. However, the speed of change will vary, depending on factors such as your current fitness level, frequency and intensity of Pilates sessions, daily caloric intake and overall lifestyle habits. Consistency is key to seeing results from any exercise program.

Reformer for Pilates: The Pilates Reformer is the most famous Pilates machine. It uses springs and pulleys to give you adjustable resistance, which lets you do more exercises and work your muscles harder. This works very well for specific toning.
